I have been a bad, bad blogger. I could go on with a million and one excuses but I will save you the time of reading my long list!

Let me just learn from this and jump right to the present! lol

I am sure you are dying to know what has been going on here!

One very exciting thing is I have been working out! :) I found a program online, I know what your thinking "oh another diet!" Well keep following along. I would go to the site and check it out almost everyday. There was something about it that I was
drawn too. I kept debating should I spent the money? Will it be a waste? Will I follow the plan? Will it be too hard? Not only the exercises but the eating! I don't have access or the ability to cook all those fancy "diet" meals.

After about 3 weeks of studying the site, I did it! I took the plunge and bought Holly's program.

The lifestyle Holly helps you develop is the best way of life I have been living since probably my late teens. I workout 6 days a week for 15 minutes! Yeah that's it! 15 minutes!

The nutritional information I have learned has been priceless. I learned I definitely wasn't eating enough everyday, this was what was contributing to my weight problem! Get that! Not enough was making me fat! I give myself 3-4 "cheat meals" a week. My normal menu is quite similar to what I was eating just making good healthy choices at my meals.

The bottom line is - I am in my 11th week in my new lifestyle. Yes that's what it is, my NEW lifestyle. So if you are at my door or call around 4 pm I am busying with my workout, but try back 15 minutes later and I will be available!

In 11 weeks I have lost just over 20 inches, and 10 lbs. I am building muscle! I have more energy than I have ever had. I have told Holly if we could bottle the feeling that you develop after being on the program for 2 weeks we would be rich! It is an unbelievable feeling!
